During 2008 all non-domestic buildings over 50m² constructed, sold or rented out will be required to have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). This includes all shops, offices, workshops, nursing homes, public houses, hotels, leisure centres etc. A Display Energy Certificate (DEC) will be required for all public buildings over 1,000m².

Only qualified and or accredited non-domestic energy assessors will be able to produce EPCs for these buildings.

Our Services

CADE (Commercial and Domestic Energy Consultants) is a specialist training and assessment company, set up to provide the best in energy assessor training. We are the commercial (non-domestic) trainers for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). We also undertake customised in house training for corporate clients.
